Payments: Do you accept cards? +

Due to the high value of precious metals, we currently accept EFT (bank transfer) only. Instructions will be provided on your invoice.

What happens after I place an order? +

A team member will contact you within 30 minutes (business hours) to confirm your order, shipping address, and delivery options. A formal invoice will then be emailed for EFT payment.

Do product images exactly match the final coin/bar? +

Images and digital renders are for illustration and may differ slightly from the final minted product, including tone, relief, and finish.
